Returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital and print-on-demand products, these items are not be eligible for return. We want you to be happy, if your order arrives damaged or if there are problems with your products please contact us at moonlakestudioshop@gmail.com and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
